Making a difference is why my professional career began in fitness as a personal trainer. Fitness transformed my physical health, and I wanted to help others do the same.

And like me, you may have quickly realized that having all the credentials and certifications in your craft made you an expert in your field, but it probably didn’t teach you how to sell your products and services.
I found myself in this predicament as a fresh young Philadelphia based personal trainer in 2015. While having the certifications were important for landing personal training jobs and proving I was qualified, the certifications alone did not land me clients.
I knew I needed to learn how to talk about my services to get more people to buy personal training sessions.
My first google search related to marketing was something along the lines of “how to get more personal training clients”. That initial search threw me straight down into my first rabbit hole of online marketing.
I haven’t stopped learning about marketing since!
My search for more personal training clients turned into an online fitness coaching business with a cohesive brand and mission, and 8 years later, it’s easier than ever for me to attract and work with my ideal fitness coaching clients.
I attribute a lot of my success as a fitness professional to learning marketing and how to write effective copy. We’re talking $1000 days and 50% email open rates! YES PLEASE.

I loved the art of online marketing so much, I went back to school for my second Bachelor’s degree in Marketing in 2020, and later in 2022 certified in copywriting through Sara Anna Power’s Clickworthy Copywriting Certification.
